What custom legal tech can change

Six examples. Your build starts with your bottleneck.

AI intake is one possibility — not the product. We build around the operational problem your firm needs solved.

After-hours coverage

Personal injury · Qualify and route new inquiries instead of sending them to voicemail.

Faster document prep

Family law · Turn approved intake answers into draft-ready matter documents.

One owned system

Boutique litigation · Replace disconnected subscriptions with a workflow your firm owns.

Consults booked 24/7

Estate planning · Let qualified prospects choose a time without back-and-forth.

Consistent follow-up

Immigration · Keep every inquiry moving with rules your team approves.

Cleaner handoffs

Employment law · Give staff the right intake context before the first consultation.

What firms will notice

Technology that fits the way legal teams actually work.

Illustrative testimonials shown as samples until approved client quotes are available.

“Our intake and follow-up finally move through one clear workflow. The team always knows the next step, and fewer opportunities get lost in the shuffle.”

David · Managing partner

“The new document workflow gives our attorneys cleaner information to review and saves the operations team hours of repetitive preparation.”

Pam · Legal operations director

“What stood out was how closely the system matched our practice. It feels like technology built for the way our firm actually works.”

Robert · Founding partner
How it works

Why generic software keeps missing your firm — and how custom legal tech fixes it.

01
The problem

Your firm's bottleneck is specific. Your software should be too.

Intake falls throughOne example: inquiries arrive when nobody is available to respond.
Document work repeatsStaff rebuild the same drafts, forms, and packets by hand.
Clients chase updatesStatus, files, and next steps live across calls and inboxes.
Handoffs depend on memoryCritical tasks move through the firm without one clear system.
02
What you've tried

Off-the-shelf tools make your firm adapt to the software.

Generic subscriptionsBroad feature lists, but no fit for the workflow that makes your firm different.
Disconnected point toolsData and tasks get copied between systems that do not speak to each other.
Internal workaroundsSpreadsheets and inbox rules become fragile operating infrastructure.
Generalist developersLong discovery cycles to understand the practical demands of legal work.

The bottleneck movesWhether it is intake, documents, client updates, or operations.

Q&A

Every question you're thinking in your head right now.

Still have one? Ask it on the call.

01 What exactly is this?
We design and build custom legal technology around your firm's most important operational bottleneck. AI intake is one example; other builds may focus on document automation, secure client or staff portals, matter workflows, internal tools, reporting, or connecting the systems you already use. Your scope is agreed before kickoff, built in 14 days, and handed over after final payment with the custom code, system access, and project documentation described in your scope.
02 Is this done for me, or do I have to build it?
Done for you. We design and build the system around your firm's actual workflow — whether that means AI intake, document automation, a portal, an internal tool, or a connected process. What we need from you: show up to the kickoff, approve the design, and give us access to the workflow and tools in scope. Then we train your team at launch. You're never handed a login and left to figure it out.
03 What's the catch with the guarantee?
There's no catch, but there is a deal. We guarantee your system is live and working within 14 days of kickoff — or we keep working on it free until it is. Your side: show up to the kickoff call, approve the design on time, and give us what we need to build. Do your part, and the guarantee is yours.
04 Who will I actually be working with?
Tal Cohen, founder of Facilitate, and the Facilitate build team — senior engineers, not account managers. You talk directly to the people building your system, from kickoff to launch.
05 Am I too big or too small for this?
This is built for solo to mid-size firms with a concrete operational problem worth solving. Intake may be the bottleneck, but it could just as easily be document production, client communication, matter handoffs, reporting, or disconnected software. If your team can point to a repeated process that costs meaningful time, delays work, or loses opportunities, it is worth a conversation.
06 What about confidentiality, security, and bar rules?
Those requirements belong in the build plan, not in fine print. We map where client information enters, who can access it, what must be logged, and where human review is required. The system is configured around your approved tools and policies. Your firm remains responsible for legal judgment, professional obligations, and final approval of AI-assisted work.
07 How fast will I see results?
Your agreed system goes live 14 days after kickoff. The first result depends on the build: inquiries may be handled after hours, documents may move from data to draft faster, clients may get one clear portal, or staff may stop copying work between disconnected tools.
08 What does it cost, exactly?
$7,985. One fixed build price — design, build, launch, and team training included for the agreed scope. At final payment and handoff, your firm receives the completed custom code, system access, and project documentation. Facilitate does not charge an automatic monthly license. Hosting, AI usage, email/SMS, e-signature, and any other third-party services run in your own accounts and are billed separately by those providers; ongoing maintenance or support beyond the launch scope is quoted separately if you want it.
